This Privacy Policy describes how Astral Forge Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), operating as an individual developer entity in Quebec, Canada, handles information in relation to the mobile application "Epic Fantasy Sci-Fi Wallpapers" (the "App"). 

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Because we are based in Quebec, Canada, this policy is structured to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT DIRECTLY
Our App is a wallpaper utility. We do not directly request, require, collect, or store any personal data from our users (such as names, phone numbers, accounts, physical addresses, or precise GPS locations). The App can be used without creating an account.

3. THIRD-PARTY DATA COLLECTION (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The App displays advertisements integrated via the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). To serve, target, and measure these advertisements, Google AdMob automatically collects and processes certain automated device identifiers. This data is collected directly by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policies.

According to Google AdMob's developer disclosures, the data collected automatically may include:
- IP Addresses (used to infer general coarse location like city or country).
- Device and Advertising Identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID).
- User Interaction Data (information on how you interact with ads, clicks, and views).
- Diagnostic Information (anonymous crash logs, system performance metrics, and device brand/model to ensure app stability).

4. HOW DATA IS USED AND LEGAL BASIS
Any data processed by our third-party ad partner (Google) is used for:

- App optimization, troubleshooting, and stability.

As an individual developer under Canadian and Quebec privacy regulations, our legal framework for this processing relies on your meaningful, implied, or explicit consent when downloading and interacting with our ad-supported App.

5. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFERS
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user information with any party. Data collected automatically by Google AdMob may be transferred and processed on secure servers located outside of Canada (including the United States) by Google LLC.

6. USER RIGHTS (PIPEDA & QUEBEC LAW 25)
Under Canadian privacy legislation, you have the right to look into what data is handled and request transparency. Because we do not store any personal data on our own servers, we cannot modify or delete any user metrics manually. However, you can manage or restrict your mobile tracking at any time by:
- Resetting your Advertising ID in your Android Device Settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- Opting out of personalized ads in your Google account settings.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App provides digital art and wallpapers and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
